Website enquiries are routed to us by Web3Forms. Web3Forms states that it processes and forwards submissions rather than storing their contents as a form database, although limited server logs may be retained temporarily. Its servers are located in the United States.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it receives appropriate protection under UK data protection law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected. We consider whether an enquiry led to work, the length of any customer or supplier relationship, warranty and service needs, and the legal, tax, insurance and record-keeping periods that apply. We then securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
